I spoke with a female named melissa or something along those lines.I could not tell what she was saying half the time because her words were slurring.

I was interested in some windows and a door install but this girl literally had absolutley no ides what i was talking about. I was not asking questions on the SAT these were basic installation questions and questions about the purchase. I will be calling other companies. I had to ask this girls name 4times.

I think you should work on training your employees better.Maybe if they have knowledge about the product they can sell it.
